1. To send back the ordered goods carefully fill out the return form which is included in every package we send, if you lost it you can print a new one - link below :

2. Attach the completed return form and the products you wish to return.

4. The refund will be made by the same method in which the shipment was paid. For COD orders, it will be refunded to the account indicated in the return form. It will be made as soon as possible, up to a maximum of 14 working days.

RETURNS :

The goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Goods shipped must be intact - it is important that they are not deformed in transit. Goods must not be used, must not bear any signs of use (including the smell of perfume, cigarettes or other). Merchandise must not be soiled with powder/powder, must not have stains or be damaged in any way. The merchandise must have all tags originally attached, including logo tape.
When these conditions are not met, according to Article 34 of the Law on Consumer Rights, the consumer is liable for the diminished value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Due to the fact that we do not sell products that are dirty, damaged or without tags, the value of such products decreases to 0 PLN, so the customer bears the cost in the amount of the product price.

The receipt is sent when the order is sent to you by email.

Customers purchasing the product for a company with a VAT invoice are not entitled to a refund.
